Vairo Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Vairo App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Vairo offers a range of airline-related services to users, including but not limited to:

• Concierge services at airports
• Exclusive rewards at partner stores
• Physical and digital services aimed at enhancing your air travel experience

Our services are provided primarily through the mobile application and may be supplemented by email, SMS, or in-person support. Please note that the App is scheduled for release at a future date, and availability may be limited upon launch.

3. Eligibility

To use Vairo, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using the App, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

To access our services, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Vairo reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether a user may be onboarded and to decide which level of rewards, benefits, and tiers apply to each customer. Onboarding of users may be limited, and certain services may not be available to all users.

You agree to pay all applicable charges as specified in the App. Vairo reserves the right to change the pricing for its services at any time, including adjusting fees based on your usage patterns, without obligation to inform you of the specific reasons behind such changes.

You acknowledge that:

• Fees and subscription prices may increase or vary based on your usage, activity, or other factors determined by Vairo at its sole discretion.
• We reserve the right to provide notice of any price changes, but is under no obligation to explain the specific reasons for such changes.
• You agree that you have no recourse to contest these price changes or seek refunds based on pricing variations, and continued use of the service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated fees.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the services (or any part of them) at any time, with or without notice. This includes adjustments to the rewards structure, eligibility criteria, or benefit tiers available to different users. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vairo and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vairo, its affiliates, and its respective directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Vairo App shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of India.

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of the page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
